Course Description:
The 2025 AI Ethics Summer School will explore how accountability principles can be embedded into corporate governance systems to ensure the responsible development and deployment of AI. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and discussions, participants will examine key themes such as transparency, fairness, bias mitigation, privacy protection, human oversight, and regulatory compliance. The program will draw from global and African examples, equipping attendees with practical tools to assess AI governance structures, evaluate corporate responsibility, and advocate for ethical AI practices in both public and private sectors.
